Running and Walking Track

 

Running/Walking Track 

Whether it is in the middle of the winter or the intense heat of the summer take your walking inside on our walking track.  The inside lane is 1/17th of a mile, while the outside lane is 1/16th of a mile. Perinton residents are welcome to use the track at no charge. Non-residents pay a daily fee of $1.00.


   

Cardio-Fitness Lobby

Get your workout in while overlooking the aquatic center. The fitness area consists of a wide variety of equipment including treadmills, AMTs, ellipticals, and exercise bikes. Many pieces of equipment have tv’s and there are four other tv’s in the space.

 


 

Resistance/Strength Fitness Rooms

The strength room consists of free weights and a Life Fitness Strength Circuit. There is a fitness area supervisor on duty during peak hours to assist you. A free orientation on the fitness equipment is recommended prior to participation. 

 


Fitness and Wellness Programs

Sign up for our wide variety of aerobic classes, including land, water, and spinning. View our fitness offerings in our seasonal program brochure. You can also drop in to most fitness classes if space permits.

 

 


Move-It Fitness

High Intensity Interval Training at it's finest. Classes are offered several times a week. View our seasonal program brochure for schedule.
