The Town Clerk’s office offers Notary Public services for residents with acceptable ID (driver’s license or passport). We can notarize many types of documents, with the exception of wills which must be notarized by a lawyer. If you have several pages to be notarized, please call us at (585) 223-0770 to schedule an appointment. Note that we may not be able to accommodate your notary needs during peak tax collection times.
We are not able to be witnesses for Notary services. If your documents require a witness, those persons must accompany you.
