Starting Monday, December 2, 2024, at 10 AM, Town of Perinton residents can begin making online reservations for park shelters and buildings using our user-friendly reservation system, WebTrac.
Non-resident registration will open on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 10 AM.
This streamlined process makes securing a spot for your picnics, parties, and events easier than ever in our beautiful parks!
How to Get Started
1. Set Up Your WebTrac Account
- Visit WebTrac.
- Click “SIGN IN/REGISTER”.
- Fill out your household and address information.
2. Verify Your Information
- Already have an account? Take a moment to review and update your details to avoid delays.
3. Plan Ahead
- Account verification can take up to three business days, so create or update your account now to ensure you’re ready to reserve.

- New Accounts: Setting up a WebTrac account requires verification and activation, which may take up to three business days.
- New to Perinton or Recently Moved? Start the account setup process as early as possible to allow time for address verification.
