Did you recently receive a tax rebate check in the mail? This NYS Homeowner Tax Rebate Credit (HTRC) is a one-year program providing property tax relief.
There are eligibility requirements outlined below, and if you qualify, you don’t need to do anything; the State will automatically send you a check for the amount of your credit. Checks should be expected in June or early July.
