Ciaran has served as Town Supervisor since 2018. Ciaran was a Perinton Town Board member from 2014 until being appointed Town Supervisor in November of 2018. Hanna was a member of the Monroe County Legislature from 2006-2013 and served in a variety of leadership roles in the county legislature, including as Chairman of the Public Safety Committee (2009-2013) and Chairman of the Human Services Committee (2006-2009). He was president and founder of True North Packaging, Inc. in Webster since from 2012-2018. Previously he was Director of Operations at H.P. Neun in Fairport (1994-2012) and Sales Manager of Schaefer Ross Fairchild in Webster (1985-1994). Ciaran has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. He graduated from Bishop Kearney High School. Ciaran and his wife Carolyn have four children – Michael, Kevin, Justin, and Brian.

Seana L. Sartori, Town Council

Seana has served on the Perinton Town Board since 2018. She is a 10-year veteran on the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) and was named Chair of this volunteer board in 2016 and 2017. On the ZBA, Seana routinely visited town residents and sites to get a complete picture on the proposed applications. She continues that discipline for applications before the Town Board. Seana also serves on the town’s Codes Committee and Finance Committee, where she actively oversees Town expenses, payroll, contracts and long term financial planning. As a highly regarded attorney for more than 25 years, Seana won the prestigious Robert J. Connelly award for excellence in trial technique and in 2018, she was nominated by her peers and selected to receive the Award for Excellence in Adult Representation in Family Court. Seana is a frequent presenter for NYS’s accredited Continuing Legal Education program. She is a tireless advocate for her clients and brings her experience and skills to her Town Board position as a voice for the residents of Perinton. She and her husband chose to raise their family in Perinton due to the wonderful amenities and sense of community. Lastly, Seana is a member of the Perinton Historical Society, the Crescent Trail Hiking Association and St. John of Rochester Parish. Her continued focus is to enhance the exceptional quality of life that the residents of “Trail Town U.S.A.” enjoy.

David P. Belaskas, Town Council

David has served on the Town Board since 2019. A life-long Fairport resident, David and his wife Eileen grew up and raised their family in the Town of Perinton. David, Eileen, and their 3 adult children; Meghan, Nicholas and Zachary are all graduates of the Fairport Central School District. David received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. He is also a licensed professional engineer and code enforcement official in the State of New York. David was a member of the Perinton Conservation Board for more than 18 years, including recently as Deputy Chairman. David is currently the Director of Engineering and Facilities Management for the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority. During his time at RGRTA, David has worked on many projects, including the new RGRTA administration building and renovation of the existing building, the downtown transit center and is currently managing the infrastructure upgrades for RGRTA’s electric bus program. David has volunteered as a coach for youth flag football, little league baseball and Odyssey of the Mind.

Meredith Stockman-Broadbent, Town Council

Meredith has served on the Town Board since 2019. Her ties to our community run deep. Born and raised in Fairport, she attended Fairport Schools and graduated from Fairport High School in 1999. She earned her Bachelors of Arts at Brigham Young University in Political Science and later completed her Masters of Science degree at St. John Fisher College in Adolescent Education for Social Studies and Special Education. While studying in college, Meredith also interned at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium and spent a semester doing research and service, particularly with women’s community groups and adolescents, in Kampala, Uganda. Additionally, Meredith spent 18 months during college volunteering in Johannesburg, South Africa and Botswana, teaching, serving and working in local communities and church congregations. She and her husband, Curtis, lived in the South Wedge in the City of Rochester for seven years while he completed his PhD in Quantum Optics from the University of Rochester before moving back to Perinton. They have four children: Roscoe, Mabel, Commodore and Teddy. She currently is an active member of the Brooks Hill PTA and has organized many school-wide activities. Meredith has also served in a variety of leadership positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is the owner of Mama Goose on the Loose – a local business serving young children and their families; she holds sessions at local libraries, book stores, daycares and preschools. In addition, Meredith produces and hosts Red Raider Radio – a podcast about “All Things Fairport” – featuring Fairport/Perinton residents. She and her husband enjoy planning and organizing many neighborhood activities including ice cream socials, turkey trots and Christmas caroling. Meredith is very pleased to represent the citizens of Perinton on the Town Board and to continue building our community – neighbor by neighbor.

Alexandra Cimino Winner, Town Council

Prior to becoming a Town Council member Alexandra (Alex) Cimino Winner served as a member of the Town of Perinton Planning Board for nearly four years, gaining practical experience in municipal planning, the critical roles of zoning and conservation boards, and insight into the day-to-day operations essential for the delivery of good governance. Alex also serves on the Perinton Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Buffalo. As Regional Manager of Soundview Property Management, Alex oversees operations of a portfolio of new development residential communities in the Rochester/Finger Lakes region. In this role, Alex ensures that the quality of life for residents is maintained to the highest industry standards by administrative and facilities teams under her direction. She also oversees development and monitoring of multi-million-dollar operating budgets annually. In her career Alex has managed new community developments in Kentucky, Alabama, Kansas, and New York. Her experiences living in these various regions throughout the nation has sharpened her appreciation for how unique, precious, and special Fairport and Perinton are. After seven-years as a resident of the village of Fairport, Alex and her husband, Scott, moved to the Town of Perinton in 2019. Consequently, Alex possesses practical insight on the unique differences and needs of village and town neighborhoods and business districts. Alex has, for many years, actively served our community as a volunteer for events and festivals including Canal Clean Sweep, Fairport Canal Days, Fairport Oktoberfest, and Come Home for the Holidays. In her free time, you will find Alex working out, playing tennis, or spending time relaxing with friends, family, and her cat, London.

Janelle first joined the Town of Perinton in 2001, and was promoted to Recreation Supervisor in 2002, a position she held until 2008. After taking time to raise her young family, Janelle returned to the Town to serve as Recreation Supervisor in 2018.
She is a native of Western New York and graduate of SUNY Brockport with a BS in Recreation and Leisure Management with a concentration in Business Management. Janelle and her husband Brian, a teacher at Fairport High School, reside in the Town of Perinton with their 3 children, Kendall, Sidney and Tyler and their dog Nala.

Serving as a Perinton Town Justice since 1995, Judge Klonick has earned the respect of attorneys and the community for his fair and knowledgeable application of the law and for the interest that he takes in each case that comes before him. His integrity and ability have been recognized by the Chief Judge of the State of New York who appointed him to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, and by his colleagues on the Commission who have elected him Chairman of the Commission.

Hon. Charles Steinman, Town Justice
Charles Steinman has been a practicing attorney in the Rochester area for 47 years. A life-long resident of Monroe County, he graduated with honors from Binghamton University in 1971 and the Syracuse University College of Law in 1974. After graduation from law school, Charles joined the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office, trying hundreds of criminal cases of all types and severity. In 1983, Charles accepted an invitation to join the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where he worked for almost 20 years, ultimately becoming the Deputy Assistant Attorney General in Charge of the Rochester Regional Office. In this role, Charles not only tried hundreds of civil and criminal cases in state and federal court, he was chief of the litigation bureau of the office. Following his retirement from the Attorney General’s Office, Charles joined Harris Beach, PLLC, as Senior Counsel. In 2010, Charles began his own practice and maintains his law office in the Village of Fairport. Charles is a member of the New York State bar, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Charles recently competed nine years of service on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities Community Services. Charles and his wife, Shelly, a surgical nurse, have lived in Fairport for 30 years.
