Starting Monday, July 10, the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will begin milling and paving Route 250 from Route 96 to Route 31. The Town has advocated for the State to restore this important section of roadway, and we are happy to report that the repaving effort will soon begin!
What to Expect:
✅ Work will take place during daytime hours.
✅ Milling and paving operations are expected to start at Route 96 and progress toward Route 31.
✅ Alternating one-way traffic will be implemented.
✅ Anticipate delays for approximately four weeks.
Please plan your trips accordingly, allowing extra time for travel during this period. Please also drive carefully and follow all signage and instructions provided by construction crews and flaggers on-site.
