Did you know that you can drop off a completed absentee ballot at ANY of the Early Voting sites starting October 24?
See below for all of Monroe County’s locations and dates/times! Perinton Square Mall is a convenient location for our residents – you can early vote and shop at some of our local businesses!
If you would like an absentee ballot, you must submit an application by Tuesday, October 27th – visit absenteeballot.elections.ny.gov/ to request one. To check the status of your application or ballot visit https://www.monroecounty.gov/etc/voter/. Here are all of the options to return a completed absentee ballot:
Mail the ballot to Monroe County Board of Elections, 39 W. Main St., Rochester, NY 14614.
Drop off the ballot at the Board of Elections Office, 39 W. Main St, Rochester, 9am-5pm Mon.-Fri.
Drop off the ballot at ANY polling site on Election Day, November 3rd.
Drop off the ballot at any of the Early Voting sites during the Early Voting dates/times. For more information check out Monroe County Board of Elections.

1. When can I Early Vote?
Early voting starts October 24 and runs through November 1. Perinton’s closest early voting location is Perinton Square Mall – 6720 Pittsford Palmyra Rd, Fairport, NY 14450. Please visit www.monroecounty.gov/elections-earlyvoting for a full list of countywide locations and hours of operation.
2. How do I vote absentee?
To receive an absentee ballot, you must request a ballot. You can request one here https://absenteeballot.elections.ny.gov/. Once complete, mail the ballot to the Monroe County Board of Elections, 39 West Main St., Rochester, NY 14614. Or drop the ballot off to the election inspectors during early voting at Perinton Square Mall (or any of the early voting locations throughout the county).
3. How do I update my voter registration?
Whether it is a change of address, party affiliation, or a new registration, voters can submit the form found here: www.elections.ny.gov/…/…/voting/voteregform-eng-fillable.pdf. The form is also available at Perinton Town Hall, local post offices, and the Fairport Library. Call 1-800-FOR-VOTE (1-800-367-8683) to obtain a registration form by mail. The deadline to register for the General Election is October 9, 2020.
