2017 Athletic Field Reservations

Reservation forms for the 2017 season will be accepted starting 12/1/2016.
As of 1/1/2017 field use charges will be increasing.
Reservations are first come/first serve.
Forms may be dropped off/mailed to the PCC (1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, NY 14450) or emailed to the addresses above.
Field use prices are based upon a 3 hour time block and do not include grooming, lining, or lighting.
Group discounts are available for over 20 field reservations during the season.
Teams may share field space with multiple sports (i.e. softball, football) when necessary.
Full payment or 1/3 of the total balance owed will be required after your reservation receipt is issued in January (2017).
A current insurance certificate is required for any organized team reservation. Please list the Town of Perinton, 1350 Turk Hill Road, as a certificate holder as well as at least $1,000,000.00 in coverage.
Please review and accept all regulations associated with page 2 of the athletic field and court reservation form at the time of submission.
All organized teams requiring member’s payment to play are required to pay for Town of Perinton parks field use. This includes all scheduled and impromptu games/practices/scrimmages.
Permanent bases/plugs have been installed at 65 feet in all of our adult softball fields.
Under no circumstances may pitchers blocks, home plates, or soccer goals be moved for any reason. Fines will be issued for violations of this policy.
A 10-day advance notice is required to change or cancel your confirmed reservation and additional admin fees may apply.
Rain make-ups are only issued if the Town officially closes the field on a particular day/date.
We do not issue refunds for rain days and make-up rescheduling is up to the reservationist as well as being used during the current calendar year.
