How Do I Reserve Park Buildings & Picnic Shelters?
The Perinton Recreation and Parks Department has one of the finest town park systems in Western New York.
New Reservation Policy Beginning 12/2/2024:
Starting December 2, 2024, at 10 AM, you can reserve park buildings and shelters online through our WebTrac system! This new process allows you to view availability, select your location, and complete your reservation from home—no more paper forms required!
Get Started: To reserve your spot, create a WebTrac account in advance. This requires verification, which can take up to 3 business days, so act early!

Rent a park building for a family or corporate event. All park buildings have a refrigerator, oven, microwave, tables, and chairs.
Lion’s Den at Potter Park – 53 W Church St
Located in the historic Potter Park, the Lion’s Den is the perfect setting for graduation party, birthday party, or social gathering. This beautiful building features an upper gathering space with a full kitchen and bathrooms, a lower level with comfortable seating, ping pong table, two billiard tables, an air hockey table, and a foosball table.

Located next to the Erie Canal, Perinton Park is the perfect setting for a family event. This beautiful building features a sliding wall to allow an indoor/outdoor event.
